Looking at the chart on the right, you will find that residential home sales have been on a steady climb.  This positive trend is shown to be consistent in the major districts of Kohala and Kona where the concentration of sales and population are. There are lots of properties under $500,000 that have been adjusted, from soaring prices not too long ago.  This includes single family homes as well as condominiums.  Hence, there are tremendous values and bargains to be had now while the market is on the rebound.  Those who have been on the fence are well advised to reconsider now while prices are relatively low and mortgage rates still at historic lows.
